The Blue Whale Mission of Our Lady Foundation, Inc. is looking forward to putting up a shelter for the elderly in the Municipality of Lambunao.

This perspective was laid out by the 90-year-old Blue Whale’s founder/owner Teresita Letrero Planta during her courtesy visit at the Lambunao Government Center on April 30, 2026.

Nanay Teresita and her companions were welcomed at the Mayor’s Office by Senior Administrative Assistant Dr. Flordelyn G. Amon, Executive Assistants Lemie S. Leonida and Nilo L. Papelera, and Municipal Civil Registrar Lilibeth L. Lucero.

She added that the foundation will sponsor the establishment of the facility for the female elderly that were abandoned, neglected, or surrendered.

According to her, this initiative is her way of giving back to the community and honoring God.

Blue Whale Mission of Our Lady Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Barangay Kalawaan (Darangan), Binangonan, Rizal, and has been operating for 19 years already.
